Located just outside Cambridge we manufacture bespoke joinery, our facility is equipped with all the machinery you would expect to see in a modern joinery works. Many of the machines are computer controlled allowing downloading of designs from CAD directly onto the machine.

Our workforce is highly skilled and possesses a unique pride in the quality of the end product; apprentices are trained for three years under the guidance of a skilled member of our team and one day per week at a local college. Our team are flexible allowing all different types of work to be undertaken ranging from basic joinery, shaped work using solid timber, veneering, laminating, postforming and solid surfacing. Joinery is still very much the core of our business working in softwood and hardwood producing a wide range of products from windows, doors and complex shaped reception desks.

Veneering is carried out in house; veneers are guillotined, jointed, bonded and sanded using a range of specialist equipment and skills.

High pressure laminate is bonded in presses to a range of substrates, providing hard wearing and durable surfaces. Today, the vast ranges of colours and textures available means that somewhere there is a laminate to suit all needs and designs.

Our company was one of the first to experiment with postforming, today the process has become automated and shapes can be quickly and economically produced.

Solid surfacing has become very popular; the material provides a hard wearing surface used in offices and kitchens. It can be shaped and moulded allowing designer’s huge scope with the dynamic product.

All products are finished in house, surfaces can be painted or finished clear using PU lacquer applied in our spray shop. Finally we deliver using our own vehicles ensuring the product arrives in first class condition taking our level of service beyond the factory.
